The two categories
The character area splits the roster into girls and guys. Both halves carry the same features: a written personality, chat, voice, image generation and the video beta. Our notes on each live on the AI girlfriend page and the AI boyfriend page, with illustrated styling covered separately because it is a prompt question rather than a category.
Reading a profile
Each character page shows the profile and opens the chat and media features. Read past the photograph: the useful information is the relationship style, which is what the model actually holds on to. Two profiles with identical looks can answer the same message in registers that have nothing in common. The habit worth building is to skim four or five profiles in one sitting, because a style only reads as distinctive once you have something to compare it against.

Open three profiles in separate tabs before you message anyone. Compare the relationship styles rather than the photographs, then spend your five free messages on the single one you would miss. That is a cheaper test than subscribing and discovering the voice on day two.

The builder sets ethnicity, age, hairstyle, eye colour and body type, and gives the character a name. Creating characters requires a paid plan, so the builder is usually what turns a browser into a subscriber.
